Shipping Overview
- Daily Order Deadline: Purchases completed before 3:00 PM (GMT-6) are typically entered into processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will move to processing on the next business day.
- Preparation Time: Orders are prepared and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Transit Estimate: Once shipped, delivery takes between 5–9 business days, depending on destination and carrier operations.
- Free U.S. Shipping: All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free standard delivery.
How Your Order Moves Through Our System
After an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Our fulfillment team then begins reviewing, preparing, and packaging your items for shipment. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, although processing may occasionally require additional time during peak shopping seasons, holidays, inventory updates, or other unusual circumstances.
Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information so you can monitor its progress from dispatch to delivery.
Delivery Partners
To help ensure dependable nationwide service, we work with established shipping carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, service availability, and logistical considerations. Tracking updates are generally available directly through the selected carrier's tracking system once the shipment has been scanned into their network.
Estimated Delivery Timeframe
Following shipment, most packages arrive within 5–9 business days. Delivery schedules may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, local service interruptions, seasonal demand, transportation disruptions, or other factors outside our direct control.
We proudly provide complimentary shipping throughout the United States regardless of order value.
If Your Package Is Delayed
If your tracking information shows unusual delays or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we recommend allowing an additional 2–3 business days for carrier updates and final delivery attempts.
If your package still has not arrived after this additional period, please contact us at support@kidstoryland.com and include your order number so our team can investigate the shipment status on your behalf.
Order Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as quickly as possible at support@kidstoryland.com. Requests received before fulfillment begins can often be accommodated. However, once an order enters packaging, processing, or has been transferred to a shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be available.
Orders that cannot be canceled may still qualify for return according to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Wrong or Damaged Deliveries
Although every order is checked before shipment, mistakes and transit-related issues can occasionally occur. If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong item, please contact us promptly.
To help us resolve the matter efficiently, please send your order number along with clear photographs showing the item received and any visible packaging damage to support@kidstoryland.com.
After reviewing the information provided, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment, correction, or other suitable remedy.
