Return Eligibility Requirements

Products must be returned within 30 days of the recorded delivery date. To qualify for a return, items should remain in their original condition, including original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and included materials.

Items showing signs of use, damage after delivery, alteration, or missing components may not qualify for a return.

Requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be eligible for review.

Starting a Return Request

Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at support@kidstoryland.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the request.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or experience processing delays.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Preparing Your Return

Returned products should be packaged carefully to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Whenever possible, please use the original packaging materials received with your order.

The customer is responsible for arranging return shipment and covering associated shipping expenses.

Refund Procedure

After the returned item arrives at our facility, it will be reviewed to verify eligibility. If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be completed after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before funds appear in your account.

No restocking fees are deducted from approved refunds.

Exchange requests are subject to inventory availability at the time of processing.

Order Cancellation Requests

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as quickly as possible at support@kidstoryland.com. Requests received before fulfillment begins can often be accommodated. However, once an order enters packaging, processing, or has been transferred to a shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be available.

Orders that cannot be canceled may still qualify for return according to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

Wrong or Damaged Deliveries

Although every order is checked before shipment, mistakes and transit-related issues can occasionally occur. If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong item, please contact us promptly.

To help us resolve the matter efficiently, please send your order number along with clear photographs showing the item received and any visible packaging damage to support@kidstoryland.com.

After reviewing the information provided, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment, correction, or other suitable remedy.
